EPIC School classes will be held at the Phoenix Convention Center (also the location of the Imaging Expo). We have negotiated special rates at several hotels convenient to the convention center.
Please book your hotel rooms now. Once EPIC/Imaging USA sleeping room blocks are sold out—even if before the cutoff date—sleeping rooms/rates are not guaranteed. After they are sold out, rooms are subject to the hotel’s availability at prevailing room rates. All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee, a one-night deposit.
