AIRLINE
AirTran is the official airline for Imaging USA 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona. 

• Call 866-683-8368 to book your airline reservations.
• Receive a 10% discount off the lowest available one-way fare. 
• Refer to the Meeting ID Number “PHX010809” and name the event “PPA Imaging USA” to get the special discount. 
• Travel agents and attendees must book all EventSavers reservations directly with the EventSavers Desk to receive the 10% discount.  Reservations booked through a travel agent’s general data system or the internet will not qualify for the 10% discount.

AIRPORT
Phoenix Sky Harbour Airport (602-273-3300) is approximately 10-15 minutes from the Phoenix Convention Center and convention hotels. Download an Airport Map.

AIRPORT CAR RENTAL
The Rental Car Center, located at 1805 E. Sky Harbor Circle South, accommodates all airport rental car companies, their rental counters and vehicles. The facility is open 24 hours, seven days per week. Upon arrival in Phoenix proceed to the airport curb at the baggage claim level and look for the Rental Car Shuttle pick up area, which takes passengers to the car rental center.  

For general information about the Rental Car Center, call (602) 683-3741, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (MST), seven days per week. Contact individual rental car companies for specific information.

CONVENTION CENTER PARKING
Parking is available in underground and adjacent parking garages. The Phoenix Convention Center features fully accessible routes from all parking and transportation areas. METRO LIGHT RAIL
This new rail system is available from the Phoenix International Airport to downtown Phoenix near the Convention Center and the headquarters hotel, the Sheraton.  It is also convenient to the majority of the overflow hotels—less than a block away from their front doors—and it will bring you to the Convention Center. Cost is only $1.25 one way, $2.50 for an all-day pass, or $7.50 for a 3-day pass. 

SUPER SHUTTLE
The airport shuttle is available for transportation to and fromall convention hotels. The shuttle is located outside each terminal baggage claim area on the outside outer curb.  Look for the Shared Ride Van Service sign. The rates vary depending on the hotel location. TAXIS
Taxis are located near baggage claim. Average cost to from the airport to downtown hotels is $16-$20, for up to four people.
